Administrative duties:

Act as the main point of contact for project account and cost centre queries (non research accounts)
Manage postgraduate research (PGR) RTSG accounts
Process PGR student expense claims
Provide training to staff and students on different financial activities including online expenses
Registration of casual workers and Graduate Training Assistants (GTAs)
Process payments for casual workerks and GTAs
Complete internal funding forms
Administer Learned Society Fund (LSF) claims
Code departmental purchasing cards
Create sales invoices and credit notes
Arrange journals
Complete purchasing card bookings

Working arrangements:

9.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
