Administrative duties:

Act as main point of contact for postgraduate research (PGR) enquiries
Provide support and advice for Postgraduate Research Directors
Act as the lead contact for PGR scholarships and funding information
Manage the PGR admissions activities
Lead the induction process for all new PGR students
Manage postgraduate student attendance monitoring
Provide administrative support to Postgraduate Research Committees
Oversee the allocation of second supervisors and personal tutors for PGR students
Support the allocation of tutorial demonstrators
Manage systems for Turnitin and Pebble Pad
Manage the process for completion of PGR reports
Develop and provide support for the Doctoral Development Programme
Maintain systems and databases connected to PGR activity
Responsible for completing PGR financial and progress reporting to Research Council funders
Maintain web pages for prospective and current postgraduate students

Working arrangements:

8.30 - 16.30 Monday - Friday
