Biography:

I got my Bachelors and Masters in Statistics from the Indian Statistical Institute. After this, I obtained my Ph.D from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2009 under the supervision of Prof. Timo Seppalainen. From 2009 to 2012 I was a Scott Assistant Professor (postdoctoral position) at the University of Utah working with Prof. Davar Khoshnevisan and Prof. Firas Rassoul-Agha. I have been at Sheffield as a Lecturer since January 2013.

Research interests:

My recent interests are in the path properties of Stochastic Partial Differential Equations (SPDEs). I am also quite interested in Interacting Particle Systems and how SPDEs arise from them. I have also done some work on Random Walks in Random Environment.
