Research interests:

My research interests encompass developing and applying computationally efficient and statistically robust methods to sort through increasingly rich and massive genome wide data sets to identify complex genetic patterns, gene functionalities and interactions, disease and phenotype associations involving the genomes of various organisms is the general goal of my research drive. I am keen to apply technical and project management skills to research that span across building robust statistical approach and computational analysis resources for the analyses of genomic information with the view to optimise precision and efficiency, extending to some interrelated sub-areas of statistical genetics and computational biology.
